CORI This, CORI That

Paperwork, I know feel bad for adults that need to fill a lot of paperwork out! My parent just filed to become Foster Parents, which I think is cool, and nice. Of Course they need to do a Criminal Background Check on every except for my brother, he’s under the age. So my parents and I need to file out CORI’s, but wait it gets even better! We also need to fill out Connecticut Criminal History Record Request Form, because we moved 3 months ago, and we haven’t had time for a record (not that I had one in CT anyways) in the new area, so now I need to fill out another form kind of like a CORI, but the CT way, but I figured it’s fine, we’re helping people out right fostering is a great way to help out, but now I’m also volunteering at a Shelter later in the month, and what do they need? A CORI! So there is one more I need to do, I’ve been thinking about it, I’m not an adult, but for being a young adult there is a lot more paperwork, then just when I was a kid! Now it’s like wow, what do adults need to do? Kids/Teenagers/Young Adults, should be aware, of what we’re going to get ourselves into in 10 (or more) years, because trust me, I’ve never thought about the paperwork involved.
