Buffy the Vampire Slayer!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a tv show that ran during the 90s. Now I just got hooked on this series, since Mrs. Tower is in love with it. She named her fish after Giles . So I started watching it, and now I'm 5 seasons into it, and can't wait until the 6th season comes in through inter-library loan! If you've seen Buffy, who's your favorite character? I now like Spike, but Giles is by far my favorite.

If you haven't seen Buffy, then what is your favorite character on your favorite tv series?

do you like to be homeschooled?

Ya, it's pretty cool. The only thing that I don't like about it is, moving while I'm homeschooled, because it's hard to make friends. But I do have the flexibility to have a job, and to do things that I want to do. I also can get my GED by 16, which is pretty cool. I definitely prefer being homeschooled over going to a public school.

"I've Been Inducted into Adult Life"

So today at work this morning, I'm opening up the library, and the internet isn't working. Okay so I reset just about everything. I call C/W MARS to see what the problem is, so they called Verizon. Come around 2:30 Verizon comes and fixes my internet. All in all there is some thing wrong in the man holes in-between two places, so they'll have to send a crew into the man holes to fix it, but they did the best they could, and when they left I had internet. So I called the director of the library after I got home from work to make sure that she got my email explaining everything, and with a fundraising update. She told me "Cae, you've officially been inducted into adult life."

So with today being my first day at work, which had a huge issue, how was your day?

Who ever said being a librarian was boring?

Flashback Friday!

Okay, so this is going to be my first time doing a "Flashback" with Mocha with Linda. But be aware that I'm a teenager, so my flashbacks, won't flash back that far. Enjoy :)

When was your first date? You can choose either your first date ever or your first date with your spouse - or both! How old were you? What did you do/where did you go? Did anything memorable - either good or embarrassing? If it was your first date ever, did you continue to date that person? If so, how long? If you are sharing the story of the first date with the person you married, did you know then that he/she was "the one" or did it take a longer for love to bloom? Any other memories you wish to share about those wonderfully awkward first dates?!

Flash Back!!

A.J. was my second boyfriend, but first real date. I was 13, we went to the local movie theater to watch Twilight. We sat in the very back row, and we threw popcorn at each-other, and held hands. It was cute. After the date we dated until April 1st, 2009. I moved away and he didn't want to have a long distance relationship (it was only 76.34 miles door-to-door. . .Yes I Mapquested it!)

Please ignore Audge in the background.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!! And Random Dozen!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!!

Okay, so I might not be complete Irish, okay I don't even have a drop of Irish blood in me, but I am Irish! My mom was adopted and her adopted father's side is all Irish, so I've grown up Irish. Today is Saint Patrick's Day, one of my non-Irish father's favorite holidays. He loves Saint Patrick's Day, because he gets his corned beef and cabbage dinner. Although dad's traveling on Saint Patrick's Day, we'll be having it on Thursday, but to all the Irish people reading the blog. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!!!!!!

Oh ya, and don't forget to wear ORANGE! (Yes I'm Irish Protestant)

Parents Do Everything For You. . .

Well I just had an audition for a show today, and my mom and dad have been talking about it the past couple weeks, because our family life has become very busy, and they didn't really know if I could do it. But sure enough after church my mom told me that she was bringing me somewhere. I had no clue where she was brining me, but it ended up, that she brought me to the audition. I was so happy, and mom and dad are trying to do everything for everyone in my family. My mom is trying to get me to a library, church, choir, work, hair cut, orthodontist, shopping, deliverying cookies, CT, and to friends. That's all just for me. For my brother J, she brings him to Boy Scouts, CT, church, shopping, rifle, and anything else that's important to him. For my youngest brother Z she'll bring him to his doctors (weekly), boy scouts, Shopping, eye doctor, orthodontist, school (he can't be homeschooled since he's a warden of the state), and church.

My parents try to do everything for all three of us, and I guess I never realized it, but there's a lot of stuff that they need to drive us to, and pick us up from!

Thanks mom and dad!

Riddle

I turn polar bears white
and I will make you cry.
I make guys have to pee
and girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid
and normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown
and make your champagne bubble.
If you squeeze me, I'll pop.
If you look at me, you'll pop.
Can you guess the riddle?

Growing Up

So today I walked downstairs from my bedroom, wearing the outfit below with no makeup on. My dad was talking to mom in the kitchen, once he saw his little girl, he freaked out. His little girl was growing up and is actually looking like a girl! Who would have thought that. I think my father needs to learn that this outfit will not be the last of his little girl growing up.

Oh No CHEMISTRY!!!

So I did my story time the other day, and Mrs. Tower gave me some craft books to looked through, so I looked through the pile of 4 books, and the 2nd one in was chemistry, I looked at Mrs. Tower and simply asked. "Why are you giving me THIS?!" She started laughing. . ."Sorry, Cae that's for my science class at school.", I just looked at her while my mom and her are laughing hysterically. "Okay, good" I responded. The whole thought of having Mrs. Tower and my mom trying to get me to do chemistry, isn't a pretty thought. Mom thought it was very funny, me on the other side I didn't think it was funny, since I really don't like Science. . .Like with a passion!!!

I just want to be ME!

I never really thought about being a follower, I was always a leader, but since I moved I've looked around me, looked in my closet, and I've kind of lost touch with some close friends, and I've realized, I've never been a leader. I've always been a follower. This morning I was so fed up with being a follower, that I just need to be me sometimes. I don't hate pink, I actually like it. I love skirts and dresses. I love wearing high heels. Makeup is alright, but I don't go over load on it. I love wearing sweatpants. I want to be the good student who can graduate high school next year. I want to be the girl who is headstrong, and can do everything that I dream of. I want to be more like me instead of E, Em, Syd, Myrn. I want to be C, Dear Daughter. I want to be myself.

I don't know why and how I got fed up with everything, but I am and I think it's time for some change. It's time for me to change back to ME!

Even Actresses Get Stage Fright!

Well I did my sermon yesterday, and I get stage fright, even though I am an actress, so I got up and did my sermon, the only thing was that evidently I talked way to fast, which to me felt like I was saying it really slow. I guess even actresses can still get stage fright, even though they've been in over 20 shows. Next time I'm going to practice more, and maybe it'll be better.

Well this weekend is finally over with all of its surprises and sermons, its done, and I'm so done. I'm glad I survived this weekend :)

Lots of Love
