Young Adult Books

The Library that I volunteer for is having budget cuts; we just recently met the gap that the town left us with. I’m the only young adult who volunteers . . . Let me fix that sentence I am the only volunteer at this library, and the director is convinced that she cannot pick out good Young Adult (YA) books for the YA section, so she has told me that if I get her a list of books that appeal to me, she will go through it and buy them, so yesterday when I was volunteering she handed me two magazines Library Journal and Publisher’s Weekly, I was instructed to read the reviews and to circle the books that I liked. Once I got home from the library, I immediately went to Barnes and Noble online to see what bestsellers they had, so far I have a couple titles, and this is where you come in. If you have/know of any good books for Young Adults let me know, I will gladly pass it on to the director, and you never know your book might be the newest “new” book in the library.
