Spring Cleanning ; )

This weeks Random Dozen is coming from I didn't know that, since Linda from 2nd Cup of Coffee is at the hospital with a friend.

Note to Linda: Sorry about Diane, I've lost a grandmother and a close friend to cancer, but I also have four friends who have battled with caner and have won. Keep on fighting Diane!

1. What is your favorite sign of Spring? The birds waking me up in the morning.

2. Did you remember to spring forward on March 14? If not, how did it impact your day? Yes I did!

3. If soil, time, talent and climate were no problem, what vegetable would you plant in a garden this year? Rhubarb is that a veggie?

4. If soil, time, talent and climate were no problem, what fruit would you plant?OH! Apples

5. What is your least favorite insect? Ants and Asian Lady Beetles!

6. March 22 was World Water Day. To celebrate, here are some water questions. Do you drink bottled water? If so, what brand? Aquafina if I drink it.

7. Have you ever been somewhere that it was not safe to drink the local water? If so, how did you handle that? KY, we bought bottled water

8. How many glasses of water do you drink per day? As many as I can

9. March 24 is the birthday of Harry Houdini. Have you ever watched a professional magic show? Share. Nope.

10. Have you ever been a participant in a professional magic show (up on stage!)? Nope.

11. March 24 is also the birthday of Steve McQueen and Clyde Barrow. Do you like Westerns or gangster movies? If so, what is your favorite? The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly is by far the best Western ever!

12. (Really random) What U.S. state that you've never visited would you like to visit someday? Hawaii!

We visited Hawaii early in our marriage. Haven't been back since kids...funny how that works!

SLM-That's cool, I might be off to Hawaii next summer with my Girl Scout Troop. My next door neighbors lived in Hawaii.

Pam-Hawaii is soooo pretty!

Birds chirping in the morning when you can sleep with the windows open is heavenly!

Mary- I don't need my windows open, once the birds are up and chirping, then I'll be woken up. It's a nice sound to listen to.
