The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein is a book based off of a dogs point of view of his master's, Denny, life. The book is full of love, heartbreak, in-laws, death, and of course the relationship between a dog and a man.

I have to say at the end, I was crying, and I do not cry when I read books, it is actually the first book that I cried while reading!
